NJ Realtor Raymond Ciampaglia Joins BHGRE Coccia Realty

Raymond Ciampaglia, Realtor/sales associate, has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) Coccia Realty, John Kwapniewski, owner and CEO, and Michael Amoroso, vice-president and branch manager, announced today.

A Lyndhurst resident, Ciampaglia is a full-time real estate agent with BHGRE Coccia Realty and offers more than 20 years of experience in sales, management and marketing.

He has knowledge of residential, commercial and income-producing properties in the area, and is well-versed in helping buyers and sellers in many communities throughout Hudson, Bergen, Essex and Passaic counties.

He will be based in Coccia’s Lyndhurst division at 273 Ridge Road, but is accessible at any one of the five BHGRE Coccia Realty offices.

Ciampaglia, said a company spokesperson, has gained a “tremendous amount” of technology experience as a former managing partner of an online advertising firm, specializing in advertising distribution through social-media platforms and using search-engine optimization techniques to enhance the distribution.

He understands the inner-workings of a real-estate transactions, working hand-in-hand with his clients and customers to develop a strategic game plan to sell, buy or relocate to another community or state.

He has been involved in small businesses that he founded, beginning his career in retail management then spending several years as a Morgan Stanley financial adviser.

His customer service and public relations skill set are superior, said a company spokesperson, and his ability to promote and market properties are “nothing but top notch.”
