I have recently been notified that I will be the recipient of the 2016 Circle of Excellence Sales Award – Silver Level. In 2015 I won the Bronze Level and my goal was to be better than last year. I thank my Clients who entrusted me with one of the most important financial transactions of their lives. Selling a Home or Buying a Home. Without that respect and trust from whom I would be nothing.

So my promise to you for 2017 is …

I will never take for granted the any good fortune I have had in the Real Estate business.

I will continue to be readily available to all my Home Sellers and Landlords 24/7.

I will bust my butt to find the right home or property and negotiate the right price for my loyal Buyers and Investors.

I will treat every single Realtor and/or Real Estate Sales Agent with the utmost respect they deserve.

I will continue to spread good Karma as I firmly believe it comes back to oneself.

I will never allow greed to affect my judgement or interfere in my decision making process.

I will remain committed to embracing and learning any new technology and bring those benefits to my clients as this Real Estate industry is technology driven and constantly changing.

Whenever possible I will share my good fortune with those who are less fortunate.

I would like to thank my mentors. The Vice President BHG Coccia Realty – Michael Amoroso who believes I can accomplish things that even I didn’t think or know I could do. The President BHG Coccia Realty – Jan Kwapnewski who answers my endless questions anytime of the day or night, any day of the week. Even when attending a funeral or in Church.
